❤️ Trista, first, sending you a big hug and lots of love. I also had this book by Norman Vincent Peale ~ needed something/someone to hold on to during my storms. My sibling was diagnosed late in life with Schizophrenia. Sadly, there is still so much unresolved trauma around what happened. Be gentle with yourself ~ you cannot heal if you cannot face you are hurt. For not knowing what you did not know until now or did not do. We all have our own timeline for healing and must respect that for ourselves and others. ❤️
