❤️ The tears come from your soul, Nour. We can rise above all the adversity - understand it all. But our heart is our soul’s residence.
We can forgive mentally, but this does not mean that our soul has forgiven nor has come to terms with all that has happened.

This I learned recently during a spiritual healing. Soul is our life force energy. And some things cannot be fully understood or resolved fully.

One day at a time. Acknowledge those tears, my friend. That’s all. And nothing more. If and when they choose to speak, you will hear them. ❤️
