There are 1.2 million stories published per week ( see Terrie Schweitzer’s latest AI-content post).
There are only so many boosts available per week by nominators accepted.

You cannot boost that many stories and be sustainable.

Add, good quality writing follows the guidelines set out. Low-quality articles that don’t tick many of the boxes pushed out to trigger the algo is what I look for.
