Too many writers disappeared back in March 2024 due to faulty spam filters. And not having clarity as to why an account is banned adds to the stress.

Finding a 410 or 404 error code message causes damage to a genuine writer.

I know plenty of genuine writers who got caught up in purges. Writers called out for wrongdoing without just cause. Some never came back.

This falls on Medium to do better.
