❤️ Amanda, when is dinner ready?:)

…rsday I put a good portion of the snap peas into a stir fry with some faux-chicken in orange sauce. Tonight I’m thinking of roasting the beets and zucchini, boiling some corn on the cob, and maybe cooking veggie burgers or crispy tofu.
