Wonderful question, and thanks for sharing your thoughts White Feather. Rethinking why I gave up skipping. For a few years I’ve been mindful of walking barefoot upon advisement by my trusted osteopath. Walking barefoot and in non-restrictive shoes that engage and consequently strengthen all the foot muscles will ensure we can walk, and well into our later years. So, I’m in non-slip socks in colder months 😀 Walking naturally benefits long-term health 😁
