With stiffer penalties, I hope this truly helps, John. How is it possible that drug dealers do not know this drug kills?!!! More needs to be done. Scary to think Halloween in around the bend and parents have to worry about rainbow coloured candy!!! Also read Michele's post—it is sickening.
