Let them blanket the sadness you faced, the people who hurt you.
Snow falls to prepare a clean slate. Let the snowflakes put them and the sadness to rest ~ freeing your heart from that weight.

I will greet the snowflakes differently this winter when they arrive and blanket my garden of purple hearts memories.
