💙💙💙💜 Those peaceful tidal waves that flow effortlessly into pools of blue healing — it is one of the hardest things I had to do. Let go of family who I thought loved me.

The blue water is calling you, Claire — those effervescent pools of life and truth. All so hard on our hearts and seeing the truth of it frees us to live life on our terms, no matter how long it took us to reach this point.

Will be thinking of you when I sit by water and stir with intention. Water is us and the water within is asking us both to let go of what has long burdened our soul.
