I am listening to the message behind your writing. The soul’s heart would never leave our soul. But the soul can leave the body when the two are at odds. The mind, ego, will do whatever it must to protect the body. But the Higher Self comes and goes ~ knows the body is the only vessel to experience what it came to learn.
And most profound, if we listened, we would hear and intuitively know, WE ALWAYS HAVE A CHOICE.
We can choose to say. No.
To suffering and what it does to our vessel body. Free will allows us the right to choose. But the body has limitations on this plane.
So, beware how longer you torture yourself.
The soul can leave at any time.
