😢😢😢 this is so very sad, that an animal suffers because of neglect

The rescue that my husband and I fostered for 2 years wasn’t beaten, but he was severely neglected. He was neglected of basic dog-related experiences and interactions that are fundamental for a dog’s healthy development.
