From my perspective, working for non-profits is easier than corporate clients. Creating content is hard work and the process not always understood. Even clients need to be educated:)

I would say, "Hire a student—they wil do what you want."

That often kept them in line. There is strategy involved. Trust is the another factor. Too many chefs in the kitchen, we know how that goes:(
