😢💜 The battles are real, Benighted and I’m sorry you are dealing with this. It is most distressing when put in the position to prove ourselves, especially when they are family and friends. Invisible illness does test our resilience.

I feel for you.

Been in those situations, questioning the validity of what I am going through because I don’t look sick. One gaslit me recently by asking why the drugs I took didn’t work for me when said drugs work for millions of others.
