Two friends I follow on Instagram both had their accounts hacked two weeks ago.

Both have NOT been able to recover their accounts, 30,000+ followers, while being assisted by Instagram.

Hackers would receive notification to reset passwords by owner and hack again.

So a SIM request will bypass all of this? Can’t understand why the Zen Help Desk doesn’t offer this solution for people trying to reclaim their accounts.
