Once activated, you don’t need to do anything:) It has a mind of its own.
My kundalini experience happened four years ago. That was a stepping stone to learning Tarot and then meeting my spiritual advisor due to a spiritual crisis ( what I referred to re: You don’t know who you are). It went dormant again. Then woke up recently, back in the summer. The belt situation and a whole other set of experiences.
I believe it depends on where we are with our soul growth and what is shown to us once we are ready to give to the next ask.
You cannot push this energy. It knows what you need. Hope this makes sense. 💖
