Your osteopath is interesting to me. I also see an osteopath and ADORE HER!!! She treats whole body, mind and soul. When she sees stiffness, she asks my body and then works with the energy. I leave always feeling more flexible and in flow. You as an empath have your empathy gates wide open. This could be a reason for the stiffness in your body. Remember your body has limits for what it can bear.
