Meals waiting for me and my family after long days spent caregiving for my mother in ICU for 3 months followed by caregiving for her at her house was a blessing. Trying to juggle small children, school, work, and hospital time was exhausting. Without help from kind neighbours and friends, I don’t know how I would have made it through it all. Extremely grateful for their acts of kindness.
