Hi Toya, there is no excuse for not calling out bullying. A child sees and knows she was hurt by the actions of another but the adult did NOTHING.

In fact, it invalidates the child, their feelings and how they were treated. This is so wrong. Speak with the teacher and speak with the child. So much more could be done.
