🦋 Hi Silva, I hadn’t come across the word Dharma until recently. Bu t wasn’t sure what it was. Your explanation made much more sense to me:) I had been reading about karma and dharma. As for meditation, yes, I have various forms that I alternate between. Transformative absolutely!!!
