Hi Sherry, sadly, yes, marketers/marketing know how to take advantage of the collective’s high anxiety level, promising “the pill” 💊 that will fix “everything”.
When Covid hit, I stopped watching TV for my overall well-being. When I do, use the PVR so I can skip over commercials 😊. Being more selective of what I consume (watch, read and listen to) that impacts my well-being.
