Hi Shereen, it’s frustrating!!

I’ve been tasked with hiring before and know when someone is or is not prepared for what the job entails.

High rise window cleaning is not an easy job!! Do they could offer co-op or training for people to gain experience?

I have hired those who showed up with the right attitude and gave them training because they showed promise.

The hope is to pair the right person to the job:)
