Hi Orla, for me, I’ve let go of family and friends. It is a conscious decision ~ after soul-searching, and viewing from a higher perspective. They were meant to be with me for a season, not a lifetime. I accepted the lesson. After that, I knew it was time to let go. Felt it in my heart. There was no reason to reach out to them again.
