Sorry you’ve been feeling this way. It is frustrating. And creativity needs expression!
Reading this brought to mind The Morning Pages. Not sure if you’ve heard of them. What you described is what I felt and Hollie Pettit suggested Julia Cameron’s book, The Artist’s Way way back. It suggests dumping all your thoughts onto morning pages, 3 sheets without interruptions. First thing in the morning. You get all the voices/gunk/negativity out of your head/system.
Then you are free to write ❤️
Too much competes with our attention and thoughts from yesterday can weigh one down. Dump and move on. Her theory has helped thousands of artists.
