Hi Mulan, money can break up relationships very quickly. It’s a business transaction and as such, I treat it the same way. Gave money to a friend and never saw it again. The next time someone came asking, I was clear about timeframe and prepayment schedule. If they have respect, they remain in the conversation or back out themselves. Sometimes I give the money, no strings attracted and let them know. We have the right to give and when to say No.
