It’s so much work. Our time and energy are not bottomless resources ~ reality hits. You must consider the ROI.

Seen too many pub owners burn out. We were sold an illusion. Unless you’re a boost nommer, there is less and less incentive to do this much work. Even if you love helping writers, there is only so much time in the day and what you can realistically offer.
