Hi Michael, this is concerning. External reads could be adding to the problem.
The issue with EMAIL is that the subscriber starts reading OUTSIDE OF THE APP ~ which doesn’t factor into read time within the app:(
What is bothersome for short form is that the entire piece ends up in the email. We can’t control how much content lands there..
A minute lost outside of the app affects your bottom line.
When they show up, they already read part of your story. Your story clocks less for time.
