Thanks for asking :) Being an editor has been a learning curve.

It’s a lot of work and the constant notifications can become stressful when it’s expected to publish asap.

AI is a real pain. Takes valuable time away from editors who need to deal with this nonsense.

It’s wonderful when writers appreciate our efforts and let us know. And there are times it’s obvious that some writers just don’t care. Some a t rather entitled. I’m sure you’ve seen it all over the years :)
