Hi Lyra, thank you for sharing this message. Yes, it’s becoming more difficult to own a property. Start small, condo as example, and build equity from there. Go in with a friend or family member. Over time, property goes up and you can rent it out if you have that option. Own property 100%. Always better in the long run. As you noted, there are too many variables down the road. 😊
