Hi Louise, thanks for weighing in, have friends/family in Etobicoke:) Lastman made a judgement call for the largest city in Canada. Always a balancing act, and relative to each situation. Considering the volume of people, with potential floodings, like the 2013 flood, (saw photos of the devastation), yes, he made the right call. Proactive and put his ego aside.
