When it comes to Medium, I wonder if they expected this high response and/or are short staffed to handle the volume? Not responding to you, as a member, within a realistic time frame is not the way to do business.
Have you gone through the Help Desk or replied to their email? They should have sent an acknowledgement. I received this email and none since.
