Hi Kristina, I contacted Medium in early September due to stat inconsistencies and noted billing’s were off. The Zen Desk was very quick in response and told me it was being escalated to the tech team. Two weeks later, I received the email and a cash bonus:)
Always a good idea to periodically check earnings and fact check. Medium was on top of it and alerted their members. Very happy with how this was handled.
