This is how I see it: If we are all One, then it would follow that we know one another. Of those connections, some are stronger. Older soul ties perhaps. From a higher soul level, we instantly connect and recognize that we do. Remembering who we are.
Some will become soulmates and help guide us on our spiritual growth.
