Here is how you would meter a comment.

On desktop computer, I highlighted the text above and choose the comment icon. If you open the comment section, you will note under the boxed area below the "RESPOND" button, on the left is:

[ ] Also publish on my profile

If you click on this, it will allow you to tag and publish as a story.
