Anger is an emotion we can all express in better ways than harming self and others.
You’re right, it starts with us. If feeling overwhelmed, get help. Reach out, to friend or someone who is there to listen. Going for a walk works for me. As does mediation daily.
The difference today is how much more we are bombarded ~ social media and the likes. Compared to years ago when we only had print and limited TV, everything now is on demand, accessible 24/7, non- stop. It takes a toll, especially after a pandemic.
