I felt a crowd surge during Martin Gras in New Orleans. We were on Bourbon Street when too many people swelled onto the street to catch beads being tossed by topless partygoers from balconies above. Thankful I held onto my friends as we were pushed from behind by a mass of bodies and glad I didn’t panic.
