Hi Anne, if you look on the RIGHT, there are cartoon-like images in the background. That was probably what was flagged as AI-generated. Completely out of sync with the rest of your image.
It must have been a billboard or something like a kid’s camp. But stock photo houses use scanners and when this happens, it needs a live person to review.

I’ve run into this problem when doing Google ads for clients. It would flag the weirdest stuff:(
