That GIF was an iPhone pic that I took and how that light show happened is a mystery. All I did was touch the screen to scroll and held it on that image. Then it started to do that light thing... your guess is as good as mine. Synchronicity? So much movement and energy of late. May very well be — or I'm way too charged up:) LOL
