🛑 Déjà vu!!!!!

Hi RC, can trace it back to mid-January when the numbers didn’t align. A repeat of mid-September 2023. The signs pointed to a problem. Wrote to the Help Desk ~ no word back. That’s a tell tale sign. Because up to that point, I always received an answer back.
