💙 Compassion requires energy as does love. What your words remind me of is the story of the starfish on a beach. You cannot save them all but it does matter for the one you can help. Somewhere along the way we were made to feel guilty for not doing something expected. Free will is our choice how we respond and how we expend our energy.
