One thing I learned through my spiritual experiences is that we are not meant to heal everything. The soul has the right to say, No. And still be loved for that decision. You’re right ~ the heart is the centre. Be kind and gentle because, down here, the body and heart has limitations. Which is why it is okay to say it doesn’t have to be done all now.
