❤️ Acceptance, grieving, setting boundaries ~ this is how we heal. My heart goes out to you for sharing your truth only to see it erased in front of you. Trust doing your own healing will change everything. The martyr is desperate to be seen. She needs to do her own healing but this will never happen until she gains awareness of her own pain in need of healing.
